Teriyaki Marinade
 
½ cup braggs liquid aminos (healthier version of soy sauce)
1 Tbsp sesame oil
¼ cup agave, honey or coconut sugar (this is not coconut palm sugar)
3 Tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp grated fresh ginger
½ tsp sesame seeds, optional
⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
3 cloves garlic, crushed
Blend ingredients together until smooth.
For the stir fry:
 
Carrots
Zucchini
Broccoli
Red bell peppers
Green bell peppers
Mushrooms
baby corn
sesame seeds (white and black looks nice)
Marinade the veggies for a couple of hours to soften them nicely or just simply pour marinade over veggies and enjoy!
Serve on top of cauliflower grated finely to resemble rice.
