Raw Mini Doughnuts:
These raw mini doughnuts are a delicious healthy snack that are so quick to make you will be astonished.
1 cup of nuts of choice (brazil are nice)
1 cup of sunflower seeds
8 dates (fresh are nicer than dried, but either will do)
1 tbsp coconut flour
Blend nuts to a meal and set aside.
Blend seeds to a meal then re-add the nut meal, dates and coconut flour. Blend well until you reach a consistency like dough. If too dry add a tbsp of coconut oil, if too oily add more coconut flour.
Form dough into mini doughnuts or simply roll into balls and dip in melted organic dark chocolate and coat with crushed nuts or coconut flakes.
