These Fat bombs are super delicious and Paleo and Keto friendly.

These fat bombs come in handy to create satiation betweens meals and are super easy to make.

1 cup of nut or seed butter ( but not peanut butter)

1 cup of coconut oil, ghee or butter(preferably organic), melted

1/2 cup of cacao powder (or carob)

1 tsp coconut sugar/syrup or for keto use stevia

          1 drop of Young Living Rose, Peppermint or Orange essential oil


Mix together well and pour into silicone chocolate moulds or in a square pan. Refrigerate until set and enjoy. If in square pan cut into 1 inch pieces.  Try to resist eating more than one at a time!…and GOOD LUCK!
